MiMi G's Sewing, Fashion, & Style Conference

Hey everyone! I know I have been gone for a while now and  every time I'm gone I feel the need to apologize. I have been doing a lot since we last talked but today I want to share pics from the biggest fashion event I have ever attend. I had been planning on it for months but I really wish I would've planned a lot more seriously. Just for the little things like a better hotel, my hair....ugh it was a HOT MESS!!! And of course more shopping money. Oh but don't worry next year Lord willing.....I will plan better.

Anyway even though I had a few minor bumps in the road I still had one of the best weeks ever! I got to meet new people that have become friends. I also got to meet one of my fav bloggers MiMi G. She is so awesome. She can sew her butt off!!!!! Her clothes are so perfect that they look store brought. Here are a few pictures of the hotel and my eventful weekend. Most of the first day when we went to Micheal Levine's fabric store my phone was completely dead so no pictures of that : (

Sorry no front view but this Fashion Designer/ FIT Professor Kenneth King!!! That man is the best in detailing and embellishing a garment.

Do any of you remember the older episodes of the TV sitcom Girlfriends??? Remember Davis?? Well that is MiMi's husband(with God Can tee)

We also met an awesome seamstress named Daniela Kurrle and a wardrobe stylist by the name of Julia Schklair. As you can see I had a great time : )
